The Communication Development Fund, was founded with the mission of improving society through various forms of education, cultural and economic development, promotion and implementation of modern information technology, as well as through other communication instruments of social life today.
The Communication Development Fund was established in 2008, as an independent, non-profit, non-governmental and non-political organization.
