1. To enable the free dissemination of information through the use of innovative IT solutions.
2. To promote and support the implementation of the highest international standards in business, education, science and at all levels of government.
3. To contribute to the development of a democratic, civil society based on the principle of sustainable development.
4. To encourage and support youth entrepreneurship in urban and rural areas.
5. To promote Serbia as a tourist and investment destination.
